Coilovers on IS300

I just received my coilovers and before having a chance to put them on my car I get an email to do a review. Fed Ex was the worst with shipping on this product. My box came so damaged I was worried. I open the box to find each individual box with holes and rips . Luckily the coilovers themselves look to be fine . When I initially ordered them the website said they were in stock. I get an email stating that they were not and it would be about 2 weeks before they had them. Which I really needed these due to having a busted one. So I didn’t really have a choice but to wait . I would say the shipping was the worst part of this experience.
